News & Updates

We are keeping busy with lots of clinics coming up. Clinics range from Dressage Test Riding with a Judge, to Course Jumping and Arena Eventing. Open to all abilities and ages. See Coaching section for dates and info.

We are very lucky to have fantastic lights which enable us to continue to train throughout the winter months with no restriction. This enables me to work with all clients to reach goals and keep motivated during the darker and cold days.

We have also been super busy with a variety of camps including Retraining of Racehorses, Pony Club and Riding Clubs.

Supported Rider 2022-2024

Each year I select one rider from any discipline via applications to become my supported rider for the year.

During the year the rider chosen will receive reduced cost lessons, competition attendance and warm up, products and branded clothing from Team Equestrian, competition planning and a photoshoot with George Hodgson Fieldsports Photography.

Bella Warren is my selected 22-24 Supported Rider.

She has two main competition rides along with a young horse and a cheeky pony who I first began teaching her on over 3 years ago.

Bella competes up to 95cm BS and is looking to move up the levels with both horses during the winter season. They also enjoy some XC, hacking and pole work sessions to keep their routine varied.

I have extended Bellas support until the end of 2024 to continue the progression and improvement.

Keep an eye out for something new and exciting for 2025!

Eventing 2024

This year has been a little quieter for Blaze as he is enjoying doing a variety of different things. It hasn't stopped him though as he has two wins under his belt at Hazleton and Barbury!

His aims for the end of the year are Blenheim Palace Eventers Challenge and Cirencester Park.

Leo has had a trickier time this season, not enjoying the wetter ground, but it has been a real test and learning curve for us both. He has produced more SJ clears which has been a key focus for us both including his first Novice of the season. We have gained more experience on some testing ground around more challenging tracks XC and he will hopefully end the season with some more solid Novice runs before bigger aims in 2025.
